We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If you are found to be underage, your account will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and funds forfeited.
win313 services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. If online gambling becomes illegal in your location, you must immediately cease using our services and notify us to close your account.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You may not register or use win313 services if you are subject to any legal restriction, court order, or self-exclusion from gambling activities. You must not create an account on behalf of another person or allow anyone else to access your account.
To use win313 services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Each User is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. This restriction applies per person, per household, and per IP address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify win313 customer support immediately via live chat or email.
win313 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID (KTP – Indonesian national identity card, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification (bank account screenshot, e-wallet screenshot). Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.
win313 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You must deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account closure.
Deposits are typically processed instantly. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with most methods requiring a minimum of Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are stated on the deposit page and may vary based on your account status and VIP tier. win313 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during banking hours (08:00 - 21:00 WIB) on business days. VIP members receive priority processing. win313 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 500,000,000 per day. Higher limits apply to VIP members. If you win a progressive jackpot or unusually large amount, win313 reserves the right to pay out winnings in installments over a reasonable period.
win313 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to both deposit amount and any bonuses received. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria, which may include age verification, deposit history, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called "turnover requirements" or "rollover requirements") that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "10x wagering" means you must wager the bonus amount ten times). Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
win313 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel wagers, and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting systems designed to exploit bonuses with minimal risk, colluding with other Players, or any other activity deemed to be made in bad faith. Our decision on bonus abuse is final and binding.
win313 operates a tiered VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond). VIP status is calculated based on monthly turnover and is subject to change. VIP benefits include increased cashback, faster withdrawals, birthday bonuses, and dedicated account management. VIP terms may be amended at any time at win313's discretion.
All bets are subject to acceptance by win313. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit the stake amount at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your betting history, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. win313 may void bets in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction).
Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules. For football betting, if a match is played at a neutral venue instead of the scheduled home venue, bets stand. In live betting, odds and available markets change in real-time. Bets placed after an outcome is already determined (e.g., goal already scored) will be voided.
All casino games, slots, and table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live streaming technology from licensed providers. Game results are final. In the rare event of a technical malfunction, all affected game rounds will be voided and stakes refunded. Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and are displayed in the game rules.
If you experience a disconnection while playing a casino game or placing a sports bet, your bet stands if it was successfully placed before disconnection. You can check your betting history upon reconnection. For live casino games, if you disconnect during a game round, standard casino rules apply (e.g., standing on your hand in blackjack, continuing to spin in roulette).
The following activities are strictly prohibited on win313 and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
win313 services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure platform stability, we are not liable for technical failures, server downtime, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control.
win313 is not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, strikes, or acts of war.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, win313's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding fees or pending wagers. Accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened for 30 days.
win313 reserves the right to suspend your account immediately without prior notice if we suspect fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, underage gambling, or other illegal activity. During suspension, you will be unable to place bets or withdraw funds pending investigation. If our investigation finds no wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated and funds released.
win313 may terminate your account permanently if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to other Players or our platform integrity. In cases of termination for breach, win313 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your account. This decision is final and binding.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wagers) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be applied. You will receive email notification 30 days before the first fee is charged. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support.
win313 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. We may request proof of age at registration or at any time during your account lifetime. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to authorities. Parents are responsible for ensuring minors do not access win313 services.
If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you can request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account, and we will not send promotional emails. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. To request self-exclusion, contact support immediately.
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits have a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation. If you reach your limit, you will be unable to deposit or bet further until the period resets.
win313 offers optional reality check reminders that notify you of your session duration and win/loss status at intervals you choose (30, 60, or 90 minutes). You can also set maximum session time limits. When your time limit expires, you will be logged out automatically and must wait for a cooling-off period before logging back in.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gambling regulations and, where applicable, the laws of Indonesia. By using win313 services, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
In the event of a dispute between you and win313, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 14 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration. All arbitration decisions are final and enforceable. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against win313.
win313's decisions regarding bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account closure, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions are final and binding. We will always act in good faith, but our operational decisions cannot be appealed through external courts or regulatory bodies.
